Meet the 2015 President 

Awards Presentations & Kick off Party for PPGH 65th Anniversary

Carol Andrews

Master Craftsman photographer, Carol Andrews, loves to create the magic of a photograph and also works in various mediums including acrylics, encaustics and digital altered inks. Over the last 25 years, her award winning photographs have included exhibitions at Photokina in Cologne, Germany; Disney's EPCOT theme park and the International Masters Loan Collection of the Professional Photographers of America, and Fotofest. Her work has been acquired by the Sherman Hines Museum in Nova Scotia, Canada. She was inducted into Cameracraftsmen of America, an international photographic society of which there are only 40 members, and was only the fourth woman in the society's 95-year history to be admitted. She is the Visual Arts Director for three Newspring Art Studios, a Houston nonprofit. “Newspring is a source of inspiration for our students, and a valuable resource for creating bright futures for them, and their families as well.” Carol has judged photographicand art contests internationally, and including the Bayou City Arts Festival in Houston, She has been nominated for Texas State Artist, 2015.Meeting Day Agenda

Michael Timmons 
to Address PPGH

Michael Timmons, the current Vice President of PPA and soon-to-be President, will be joining us for our January meeting. Michael is a Master of Photography, Photographic Craftsman, and is PPA Certified. He has won Michigan Photographer of the Year, in addition to numerous awards on the local, state, regional, and national level. He is nationally recognized as an educator and judge in our profession. Join us on Tuesday, January 20th and give Michael a Texas welcome!

The only thing you pay for is your Meal if you want one. You must pay for the meal when you register.
